1. Place clear tape across the widest part of your natural nail, following its curve.
2. Mark both side edges, remove the tape and measure between the marks with a ruler in millimetres (mm).
3. Write down all five measurements for each hand, from thumb to pinky.

Size chart — thumb / index / middle / ring / pinky:

• XS: 15 / 12 / 13 / 11 / 8 mm
• S: 16 / 13 / 14 / 12 / 9 mm
• M: 17 / 14 / 15 / 13 / 10 mm
• L: 18 / 15 / 16 / 14 / 11 mm
